摘要
教学范式改革作为时代教育革命的先导和核心,是高职本科转型升级和高质量发展的赋能器。随着新时代教育环境和教育主要矛盾的本质变化,传统教学范式已远远不能满足当前"人人出彩、人人成才"的职业教育理念。如何破解预设性教学范式在教学设计、教学模式、教学内容、教学评价等方面的现实困境,探索向创造性、开放性、生成性的教学范式转变,助推高职本科的类型转变和内涵发展,是新时代本科职业教育改革的大势所趋,更是满足学生终身发展和服务社会的必然要求。
As the forerunner and core of the educational revolution of the era,teaching paradigm reform is an enabler for the transformation upgrading and high-quality development of higher vocational undergraduate education.With the essential change of educational environment and contradiction in the new era,the traditional teaching paradigm is far from satisfying the current vocational education concept that"everyone is brilliant and everyone is talented".In order to promote the type change and connotation development of higher vocational undergraduate education,it is necessary to break the realistic dilemma of preset teaching paradigm in teaching design,teaching mode,teaching content,and teaching evaluation,and explore the transformation to the creative,open and generative teaching paradigm.This is not only the general trend of undergraduate vocational education reform in the new era,but also the inevitable requirement of meeting the lifelong development of students and serving society.
