摘要
新维煤业是川南煤田优质无烟煤主力生产矿区,主采川南煤田二叠系宣威组煤层,在矿井埋深超过500m时,巷道因地压大、岩石软等问题,出现了严重底鼓、片帮的现象,二叠系软岩巷道变形机理及变形防控已成为亟待解决的难题。本项目针筠连矿区新维煤矿总回风为例,巷道掘进后出现的底板鼓起量大、持续变形、难以稳定的现象,从原因、机理、工艺、技术等方面对上述问题展开研究并提出解决支护优化方案,对降低矿井巷道掘进成本具有重大的价值和实际意义,并形成软岩巷道掘进支护技术体系。
Xinwei coal industry is the main production area of high-quality anthracite in South Sichuan coalf ield.It mainly mines the Permian Xuanwei Formation coal seam in South Sichuan coalf ield.When the mine buried depth exceeds 500m,the roadway has serious floor heave and spalling due to the problems of large ground pressure and soft rock.The deformation mechanism and deformation prevention and control of the roadway in Permian soft rock have become a difficult problem to be solved.Taking the total return air of Xinwei coal mine in Junlian mining area as an example,the floor heave is large,continuous deformation and diff icult to be stable after roadway excavation.This paper studies the above problems from the aspects of causes,mechanism,technology and technology,and puts forward the support optimization scheme,which has great value and practical signif icance to reduce the tunneling cost of mine roadway,and forms soft rock roadway excavation support Nursing technology system.
