收费广场与主线路面拼接设计影响因素分析

摘要 采用ABAQUS软件建立收费广场路面与主线路面拼接模型,基于收费广场沥青路面受力特征,结合水平荷载、拼接台阶宽度、摩擦系数以及荷载作用位置等不同因素,对拼接处应力的进行分析。研究结果确定了收费广场拼接台阶设置为改扩建最优搭接方式,得到收费广场路面与主线路面拼接处台阶最佳拼接宽度为40~60cm,在此基础上增大摩擦系数能有效缓解收费广场搭接处反射裂缝产生,结果可为收费广场区域拼接处设计提供理论参考与技术借鉴。 The ABAQUSs oftware is used to establish the splicing model of the toll plaza pavement and the main line surface.Based on the stress characteristics of the toll plaza asphalt pavement,combined with different factors such as horizontal load,splicing step width,friction coeff icient and load acting position,the stress of the splicing place is analyzed.The research results determined that the splicing steps of the toll plaza are the optimal lap method for reconstruction and expansion,and the optimal splicing width of the steps at the joint of the toll plaza road surface and the main line surface is 40cm-60cm.On this basis,increasing the friction coeff icient can effectively alleviate the toll plaza.Ref lective cracks in the lap joints are produced,and the results can provide theoretical and technical reference for the design of the toll plaza area splicing area.
