摘要
本文通过对某煤矿主平硐使用的皮带运输机传动方式进行研究,相比较以前的尼龙棒硬连接传动方式,永磁磁力耦合器在简化安装、提高系统可靠性、减小维护工作量、降低冲击和振动、使用寿命、适应各种恶劣环境、节能效果方面,都有明显的优势。本文从结构、特点、工作原理等对永磁磁力耦合器进行分析,说明磁力耦合器的优势所在。
In this paper,the transmission mode of belt conveyor used in the main adit of a coal mine is studied.Compared with the previous nylon rod hard connection transmission mode,the permanent magnetic coupling has obvious advantages in full load starting,stable starting,overload protection,allowable centering error,prolonging belt conveyor life and reducing maintenance costs.In this paper,the structure,working principle,combined with the actual performance data of the two are compared and analyzed,and through specif ic application examples to illustrate the advantages of magnetic coupling.
