专利质量导向的高校专利信息服务实践与探索--以山东大学图书馆为例

Practice and Exploration of University Patent Information Service Based on Patent Quality Orientation--Taking Shandong University Library as an Example

在国家实施专利质量提升工程的背景下,高校专利“多而不优”的问题日渐突出。山东大学图书馆依托专利质量导向的专利信息素养普及、专利信息系列培训和专利实务课程设置支撑教学,开展以学院需求为切入点、以学科建设为重点突出转化导向的精准专利信息服务支撑科研,形成了打基础、谋长远和促落实的专利信息服务模式。其中,围绕学科建设和突出转化导向的精准专利信息服务是图书馆学科服务的创新和深化,其成功经验可为高校图书馆的专利信息服务提供借鉴。

Under the background of the implementation of patent quality improvement project in China,the problem of"many but not excellent"patents in universities has become increasingly prominent.Shandong University Library relies on patent quality oriented patent information literacy popularization,patent information series training and patent practice curriculum to support teaching.It provides accurate patent information services to support scientif ic research with the college's demand as the starting point,subject construction as the focus,and transformation oriented.It has formed a patent information service mode which lays the foundation,seeks the long-term and promotes the implementation.Focusing on the subject construction and focusing on the transformation oriented patent information service is the innovation and deepening of library subject service.Its successful experience can provide reference for the patent information service of university library.
