摘要
从自然、社会两个维度构建建设用地适宜性评价指标体系,运用特尔斐法、木桶原理法则和多因素空间叠加法评价贵阳市开发建设适宜性,并探讨建设用地适宜性的山坝分异特征及其优化策略。结果表明:贵阳市建成区和未来扩展区建设用地适宜性的山坝空间分异显著。在贵阳市山区、坝区的建成区中,不适宜建设的面积分别为3119.31和382.11 hm2,“城市双修”实践中应疏解不适宜建设区城市功能,退建还绿,恢复城市生态空间;位于适宜区的低效建设用地应注重城市更新、提高集约利用水平。在贵阳市未来扩展区中,山区范围内适宜建设的土地分布较分散,而坝区范围内适宜建设的土地分布较集中。未来贵阳市外延扩张的方向主要是坝区,新城建设应探索一条坝区土地集约利用与山区生态环境保护双赢的山地特色新型城镇化之路。
Taking Guiyang city as an example,in this work,we established and evaluated the suitability of the construction land index system from 2 dimensional features,including natural environment,economy and social factors.By using Delphi method,cask principle and multi-factors spatial superposition method,we have evaluated the suitability of development and construction in Guiyang and discussed the differentiation characteristics of mountain-basins about their construction land suitability and optimization strategy.Our results show that the spatial difference of mountain basins suitable as construction lands between the built-up area and the future expansion area of Guiyang city is significant.In the built-up areas of Guiyang mountainous and basins,the areas unsuitable for construction are respectively 3119.31 hm2 and 382.11 hm2.In the practice of“city double-maintenances”,the city function of unsuitable construction area should be relieved and the urban ecological space should be restored at the same time.The inefficient construction land located in the convenient area should pay attention to the urban renewal and improve the intensive utilization level.In the future expansion area of Guiyang city,the lands suitable for construction in mountainous areas are scattered,while the lands suitable for construction in basin areas are concentrated.The direction of Guiyang's future expansion is mainly the basin areas and new city constructions should explore a road of new urbanization with mountain characteristics,which is win-win between the intensive land use in basin areas and ecological environment protection in mountain areas.
