摘要
为满足某新型气压式喷火器或多瓶油料的车载式喷火器多次喷射的需求,根据其结构特点,设计了盘状结构的点火管。基于8发盘状点火管结构,分析燃烧时间、火焰长度等因素对引燃喷火油料能力的影响,匹配设计点火管主装药。经优化设计和试验验证,电极塞收口密封的6发盘状点火管结构可以满足多次点火、灵活控制使用的要求。
In order to meet the requirements of multiple times fire spraying for a new type of air pressure flamethrower,or vehicle mounted flamethrower with multiple bottles of oil,according to its structural characteristics,a disc ignition tube was designed in this paper.Based on the structure of 8-coil ignition tube,the influence of combustion time and flame length on the capability of ignition fuel was analyzed,and the main charge of ignition tube was designed.Through the optimization design and test verification,the structure of the 6-coil ignition tube with the closing seal of the electrode plug was determined,which can meet the requirements of multiple ignition and flexible control.
