基于热模锻压力机连杆传统油脂润滑结构,提出一种新型的连杆稀油润滑装置,该装置结构简单,操作方便,能够快速高效地达到润滑效果,延长轴套与偏心轴的使用寿命,提高设备工作的稳定性。同时可实现润滑油的回收,节约资源,更加环保。

Based on conventional grease lubrication configuration of hot die forging press connecting rod,a new type thin oil lubrication device of connecting rod has been put forward.The device could fast and efficiently accomplish lubrication effects,extend service life of shaft sleeve and eccentric shaft,improve device operation stability with simple configuration and convenient operation,meanwhile lubrication oil could be recycled to save resources in order to promote environmental protection upgrading of hot die forging press.
