摘要
由于不同弧线推雪板类型对排雪性能有一定影响,通过对我公司开发的GR260平地机侧铲开发渐开线式推雪板进行设计、计算及验证,研究选择II类渐开线型铲板,并建立推雪板的受力模型,得出最大阻力及推雪功率,经验证侧铲推雪板的参数完全满足要求。
Snow boards with various arc have different effects on snow removal performance.By designing,calculating and verifying involute type snow board developed for GR260 land leveler side shovel,theⅡinvolute type shovel plate has been selected by research,meanwhile force model of snow board has been established to work out maximum resistance and snow removal power,finally parameters of side shovel snow board fully accomplished the requirements by verification.
