摘要
行星齿轮系统中的行星齿轮组基准齿对中的相位差越小,系统运行越平稳,载荷系数差越小。针对基准齿的对中相位误差进行分析研究,采用基准销定位装夹对中基准齿的方法能有效减小对中误差,满足行星齿轮系统的相位差要求。
By reducing centering phase difference of planetary gear set reference teeth in planetary gear system,more stable system operation and smaller loading coefficient difference could be realized.By analyzing and researching centering phase error of reference teeth,centering error has been decreased efficiently by reference teeth centering with reference pin alignment clamping to accomplish phase difference requirements of planetary gear system.
