Research on Installation Process of Hot Mill Housing

以某钢厂2050 mm热轧为研究对象,对安装过程中遇到的吊装空间不足等问题,经过分析研究,制定出合理的牌坊安装步骤、吊装方案、检验方法,提出经济安全的牌坊安装工艺和预留起吊坑的方案,经现场实践,高效地完成了现场牌坊安装工作。

Taking a certain 2050 mm hot mill as research object,insufficient lifting space and other issues in the process of installation have been analyzed and researched to establish reasonable installation procedure,lifting scheme and verification method of the housing,further economic and safe housing installation process and reserved lifting pit project have been put forward to efficiently complete housing installation task in practice.
