Repairing Technique of Fractured Movable Beam

活动横梁修复主要是大量焊接后的变形控制,除裂口堆焊之外,还包括四个立柱孔上下端面的堆焊以及部分受热影响较大的螺纹孔的堆焊,焊后采用远红外毯加热,很好地控制了变形,现场安装后表明本活动横梁成功修复。

Movable beam repairing mainly handled deformation control caused by lots of welding.Lot surfacing welding was operated on upper and lower end faces of four vertical column holes and fracture as well as some thread holes evidently affected by heating,far infrared blanket heating was implemented after welding to control deformation well,finally site fitting determined success repairing of the movable beam.
