乡村振兴背景下我国乡村旅游人才培养研究——以山东省为例

On the cultivation of rural tourism talents under the rural revitalization strategy

乡村旅游对促进乡村经济发展、精神文明建设、实现乡村振兴具有重要战略意义。乡村旅游人才的培养直接影响乡村旅游的提质增效发展。在系统梳理相关文献的基础上,首次对我国的乡村旅游人才进行了总结和定义。山东省作为我国首批发展乡村旅游的省份之一,现阶段凸显的问题在全国范围内具有代表性,以山东省为例,运用大量相关数据并绘制多样图表,从旅游需求、旅游供给、旅游政策支撑等方面对省内乡村旅游的发展现状和问题进行了具体分析;系统评价了山东省乡村旅游人才培养的典型问题与发展实际,并在解读相关政策措施的基础上提出具体的建设性意见。

Rural tourism is of strategic importance on improving rural economy,civilization and realizing rural revitalization.Ru⁃ral tourism talents directly influence the quality and efficiency of rural tourism.Based on a systematic literature review,this study firstly gives a summary and definition of rural tourism talents.Shandong,,one of the pioneer provinces that developed rural tour⁃ism,has various typical problems.Taking Shandong Province as an example,it analyzed the development status and problems of rural tourism from tourist demand,tourism supply and tourism policy support by using a large number of relevant data and draw⁃ing various charts.It also assesses its typical problems and actual practice in developing rural tourism and talents cultivation,and then puts forward constructive suggestions in accord with local and national policies.
