摘要
选取自然灾害中高频发生的地震灾害的为例,为解决救援工作中的应急物资车辆路线调度这一重难点问题,运用指派问题中的旅行商理论,权衡应急物资运输的时效性、安全性和经济性三大特点,以此三个决策属性分量构造目标函数,通过无量纲处理和权重聚合赋权处理(组合赋权处理),将其转化为单一的目标函数,运用树算法得出最大的目标函数值,获得相对最佳物资调度方案,并进行实例分析,验证模型和算法的有效性。
Take the earthquake disaster with high frequency in natural disasters as an example,in order to solve the emergency supplies vehicle route dispatching in the rescue work this important difficult problem,this paper uses the traveling salesman theory in the assignment problem to weigh the three characteristics of emergency supplies transportation:timeliness,safety and economy,the objective function is constructed by using the three decision attribute components,and then transformed into a single objective function by dimensionless processing and weight aggregation(combined weighted processing).Finally,the maximum objective function value is calculated by using tree algorithm,fi⁃nally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the model and Algorithm.
