摘要
面对全球应对气候变化与能源格局的新形势,以及我国能源行业的深刻变革与经济发展的新阶段,我国能源领域各行业工作以“四个革命、一个合作”的能源安全新战略为根本遵循。“十三五”期间,我国在能源消费、供给、技术、体制和国际合作方面取得了一系列显著成效。未来,全球政治经济格局深度调整,我国能源革命面临诸多问题及挑战,需持续推动我国能源革命向纵深挺进,遵循能源安全新战略思想,构建绿色低碳、智慧高效、经济安全的能源体系。
Facing the new situation of global climate change and energy pattern,as well as the profound change of China's energy industry and the new stage of economic development,the new energy security strategy of"four revolutions and one cooperation"has been followed by all industries in China's energy filed.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,China has made a series of remarkable achievements in energy consumption,supply,technologies,systems and international cooperation.In the future,the global political and economic pattern will be deeply adjusted,and China's energy revolution will face many problems and challenges.It is necessary to continually push China's energy revolution forward in depth,follow the new strategic thinking of energy security,and build a clean,low-carbon,intelligent,efficient,and economically secure energy system.
