Construction and Application of HBP Platform for Bidding and Procurement Based on Closed-loop Process Management

通过对医院自行招标采购管理需求的分析,开发设计出HBP(Hospital Bidding Planning)系统平台,介绍了该系统的架构及应用失效,为提高科室参与采购信息化建设的积极性、降低院内采购成本、规范采购过程,实现全院采购流程的闭环管理提供借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the hospital’s own bidding and procurement management requirements,the HBP(Hospital Bidding Planning)system platform was developed and designed,it introduces the structure and application performance of the system,in order to increase the enthusiasm of the department to participate in the construction of procurement informationization and reduce the cost of procurement in the hospital,standardize the procurement process,and provide reference for the closed-loop management of the procurement process of the entire hospital.
