劳动精神教育在一定程度上决定了社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动素养和能力水平。以大学生劳动精神培育为归宿,厘清新时代劳动精神是一种吃苦耐劳的奋斗精神、认真负责的担当精神、不计回报的奉献精神和相互关爱的团队精神。要充分发挥高校思政课的主渠道作用,营造良好的校园文化氛围,开展校外实践活动,构建家庭、学校、社会三位一体的劳动精神教育体系,培育德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才。

To a certain extent,the labor spirit education determines the labor literacy and ability of the socialist builders and successors.With the cultivation of the working spirit of college students as the basis,this paper clarifies what is the working spirit of the new era,namely,a hard-working spirit for struggle,a serious spirit for responsibility,a dedicate spirit for devotion and a team spirit of caring for each other.It is necessary to give full play to the role of the main channel of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,create a good campus cultural atmosphere,carry out off-campus practical activities,build a labor spirit education system of family,school and society,and cultivate high-quality talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education and labor.
