摘要
目的:选择前期研究确定的有利光强条件(18.2±2.5)μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)(L1)和(54.6±2.5)μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)(L2),研究持续处理120 d拟巫山淫羊藿生长发育指标及淫羊藿苷类黄酮含量的变化。方法:光培温室盆栽法,在30、60、90、120 d测量和记录拟巫山淫羊藿的生长发育指标(株高、复叶面积、分枝数、含水量、叶绿素含量及叶片生物量),高效液相色谱法测定4种淫羊藿苷类(淫羊藿苷、朝藿定C、朝藿定A、朝藿定B)的含量。结果:L2光强下拟巫山淫羊藿分枝数随时间变化增加幅度大,持续时间长,叶片含水量降低达到最终状态的时间较早;而L1光强下,比叶面积随时间变化降低幅度大。从而2种光强下均表现出单株叶片生物量随时间增加而增加,但是L1光强下增加主要来自叶片干物质积累,增加幅度小,而L2光强下增加主要来自分枝数的增加,增加幅度大。淫羊藿苷类黄酮的积累在L1光强下,有持续合成和积累的趋势,而L2光强下则随时间推移不断下降。结论:不同光照强度下淫羊藿产生的生物学效应不同,适宜光照条件有助于获得更高的产量和有效成分含量,在不同的光照条件下要选择适合的采收时间。
Objective:The suitable light intensities(18.2±2.5)μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)(L1)and(54.6±2.5)μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)(L2)determined in the previous studies were selected to find the continuous changes of growth indicators and icariin flavonoid content of Epimedium pseudowushanense after 120 days treatment.Methods:The plants were planted in the pot inside the greenhouse.The growth indexes such as plant height,compound leaf area,number of branches,water content,chlorophyll content,and leaf biomass at 30,60,90,120 days were recorded.Meanwhile the content of epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin were determined by HPLC.Results:The number of branches of E.pseudowushanense increased significantly and lasted for a long time,the water content decreased to the final state was earlier under L2 light intensity,and the decrease of specific leaf area from 30 days to 120 days was larger under L1 light intensity.Therefore,the total leaf biomass per plant increased form 30 days to 120 days under both light intensities.The increase of biomass under L1 light intensity was due to leaf dry matter accumulation and the increase range was small.The increase of biomass under L2 light intensity was mainly because of the increase of the number of branches and the increase range was large.The accumulation of icariin flavonoids under L1 light intensity had a tendency to continuously synthesize and accumulate,while under L2 light intensity decreased continuously.Conclusion:The biological effects of E.pseudowushanense under different light intensities are different,and it also helps us to obtain high yield and effective ingredient content of medicinal materials.Under different light intensities,suitable harvest time should be selected.
