刚性钝头弹体正贯穿中厚金属靶的挤凿块速度模型

摘要 从挤凿破坏机理出发,考虑了能量守恒定律和剪切冲塞模型,提出了适用于刚性钝头弹体(平头、半球形头、球形)正贯穿中厚金属靶的挤凿块速度模型。设计了穿甲实验,以直径8 mm钨球正冲击3 mm厚GH4169靶板,得到了球形弹体相应的挤凿块数据,结合文献中平头和半球形头弹体实验数据验证了挤凿块速度模型的适用性,模型计算结果与实验数据一致性良好。提出的挤凿块速度模型可用于计算挤凿块对靶后目标的毁伤能力。 Based on the plugging failure mechanism,considering the energy conservation law and the shear plugging model,a plug velocity model for rigid blunt projectiles(flat,hemispherical and spherical)penetrating intermediate thick metal plates was presented.A perforation test with 3 mm thick GH4169 plates penetrated by 8 mm diameter tungsten balls was conducted and the initial and residual velocities of projectiles as well as the plug velocities were obtained by high-speed photography.The plug velocity model was verified by the above experimental data and the experimental data of projectiles with flat and hemispherical noses in the literature.The results show good agreement between the experimental data and the calculation results by the plug velocity model.The plug velocity model presented can be used to calculate the damage capability of the plug to the target behind plates.
