CAV/IE方案化疗治疗儿童中危型横纹肌肉瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of CAV/IE regimen chemotherapy on children with intermediate-risk rhabdomyosarcoma

目的探讨CAV/IE方案化疗治疗儿童中危型横纹肌肉瘤(RMS)的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的56例中危型RMS患儿作为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分为试验组(28例,CAV/IE方案化疗)与参照组(28例,CDV/IE方案化疗)。比较两组患儿治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、生存率、复发率、转移率以及生存质量。结果试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应总发生率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的生存率显著高于参照组,复发率、转移率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的生存质量各项评分及总分显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论CAV/IE方案化疗治疗儿童中危型RMS的临床效果显著,可减少患儿不良反应的发生,降低疾病复发率与转移率,提高患儿生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect CAV/IE regimen chemotherapy on children with intermediate-risk rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS).Methods A total of 56 children with intermediate-risk RMS admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the children were divided into experimental group(28 cases,CAV/IE regimen)and reference group(28 cases,CDV/IE regimen)by random number table method.The treatment effect,adverse reactions,survival rate,recurrence rate,metastasis rate and quality of life of children were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The survival rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the recurrence rate and metastasis rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of each item and total score of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion CAV/IE regimen chemotherapy for children with intermediate-risk RMS has a significant clinical effect,it can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,decrease the recurrence rate and metastasis rate of the disease,and improve the quality of life of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
