玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果 被引量:5

Effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops on dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery

摘要 目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果。方法选择120例白内障术后干眼症患者为试验对象,按照单双号随机化分组方式将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组采用玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的灼烧感、眼部干涩感、畏光、疲劳感改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后8周,观察组的SⅠt、泪膜厚度大于对照组,BUT长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后8周,观察组的FL、干眼症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液用于白内障术后干眼症患者中的效果显著,有利于减少角膜损伤和保持泪膜的稳定性。 Objective To explore the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops on dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery were selected as the test subjects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group by odd-even number randomization grouping method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of burning sensation,eye dryness,photophobia and fatigue of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 8 weeks after treatment,the SⅠt and tear film thickness of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,BUT was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 8 weeks after treatment,FL and dry eye symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops applied in patients with dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery has a significant effect,which is conducive to reducing corneal damage and maintaining the stability of tear film.
