一次法根管治疗术对严重感染根管患者术后疼痛的影响

Effect of one-time root canal therapy on postoperative pain in patients with severe infected root canal

目的研究一次法根管治疗术对严重感染根管患者术后疼痛的影响。方法将2017年6月至2018年12月本院接收的106例进行一次法根管治疗术治疗的患者根据根管内感染严重程度分为对照组(轻度感染根管)和观察组(严重感染根管),每组53例。两组患者均接受一次法根管治疗术治疗,比较两组的术后疼痛发生情况及治疗成功率。结果两组患者的术后疼痛总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的疼痛临床评定结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月、1年,两组患者的治疗成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论严重感染根管患者采用一次法根管治疗术后疼痛发生率和治疗成功率与轻度感染根管患者相差不大。

Objective To study the effect of one-time root canal therapy on postoperative pain in patients with severe infected root canal.Methods A total of 106 patients who received one-time root canal therapy admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group(mild infected root canal)and observation group(severe infected root canal)according to the severity of infected root canal,with 53 cases in each group.All patients in the two groups received one-time root canal therapy,and the incidence of postoperative pain and the success rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative pain between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the clinical evaluation of pain between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the success rate of treatment between the two groups at 6 months and 1 year after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of postoperative pain and success rate of treatment in patients with severe infected root canal are similar to those in patients with mild infected root canal when one-time root canal therapy was used.
