Objective To explore the effects of step-by-step rehabilitation nursing combined with therapeutic communication on rehabilitation and psychological resilience of patients after lower limb fracture operation. Methods A total of 86 patients with lower limb fracture operation admitted from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given step-by-step rehabilitation nursing combined with therapeutic communication intervention on this basis. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of getting out of bed, hospital stay and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the Fugl-Meyer and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the scores of optimism, tenacity and self-improvement of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Step-by-step rehabilitation nursing combined with therapeutic communication can help shorten the recovery time of patients after lower limb fracture operation, and improve the psychological flexibility level of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
