子宫腺肌病及其致女性不孕机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 子宫腺肌病是一种常见的妇科良性疾病,过去认为与多胎多产有关。目前,子宫腺肌病在不孕症患者中的诊断频率越来越高。虽然尚未完全确定子宫腺肌病与不孕症之间的关系,但现有资料表明,子宫腺肌病对女性生育能力有负面影响。近年来宫腔镜的广泛应用为子宫腺肌病的诊断提供了新的思路。本文主要回顾分析近年来关于子宫腺肌病的研究,结合临床工作中的新发现,阐述子宫腺肌病的发病机制、临床诊断及其致女性不孕的可能机制。 Adenomyosis is a common benign gynecological disease,which was thought to be related to multiple births.At present,the diagnosis frequency of adenomyosis in patients with infertility is higher and higher.Although the relationship between adenomyosis and infertility has not been fully determined,the existing data show that adenomyosis has a negative impact on female fertility.In recent years,the wide application of hysteroscopy provides a new idea for the diagnosis of adenomyosis.This article mainly reviews the research on adenomyosis in recent years,combined with the new findings in clinical work,expounds the pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis of adenomyosis and the possible mechanism of female infertility caused by adenomyosis.
