中国大学生职业生涯规划研究18年:现状、热点与趋势——基于中国知网CSSCI来源期刊的文献计量分析

18 Years of Research on Career Planning of Chinese College Students: Current Situation, Hot Spots and Trends—— Bibliometric Analysis Based on CSSCI Source Journals of CNKI

文章以2002-2019年发表于南京大学核心期刊(CSSCI)的117篇与中国大学生职业生涯规划研究相关的期刊论文为研究对象,通过文献计量学方法分析发现,近18年来我国大学生职业生涯规划相关研究主要围绕:职业生涯规划与大学生综合素质提升、职业生涯规划在我国的研究现状及其存在问题、职业生涯规划与大学生思想政治教育、职业生涯规划与团体辅导等主题展开;未来大学生职业生涯规划研究领域的发展趋势为:基于不同学科理论视角的职业生涯规划探索研究、职业生涯规划教育专业化与精细化研究、职业生涯规划研究区域不平衡性和差异性不断显现等。

This paper takes 117 journal papers related to the career planning of Chinese university students published in the core CSSCI journals from 2002 to 2019 as the research objects, and draws the knowledge map of the research hotspots of career planning of Chinese university students in the past 18 years by means of bibliometrics. Data mining, found that over the past 18 years in our country related research mainly around the college students’ career planning areas: career planning and college students’ comprehensive quality promotion, status quo and problems of college students’ career planning in our country,career planning and ideological and political education and other topics,career planning and group coaching;Future, college students’ career planning research in the field of hot issues as follows:based on the theory of different disciplines perspective study of career planning, career planning education specialization and refinement,the imbalance and difference in the research area of career planning are constantly emerging etc.
