论习近平治国理政的美德伦理特质

On the virtues and ethics of Xi Jinping’s governance

文章通过对习近平治国理政文本与实践的梳理,提炼出习近平治国理政具有美德伦理特质。习近平治国理政注重发掘英雄道德模范的美德,善于追寻历史模范人物的美德,褒扬时代英雄人物的美德,发现特定群体的美德之“美”。习近平治国理政阐明了社会不同职业群体的美德标准,在肯定劳动人民美德的基础上,对师德、青少年道德、军队官兵道德等职业群体提出了道德要求。习近平治国理政特别对党员干部的德性进行严格要求,将理想信念作为党员干部德性的“硬核”,对党员干部的美德标准进行了归纳提炼,并注重党员干部在实践中养成美德。文章揭示出习近平治国理政在伦理方法层面不同于西方德性伦理学的重要特质。

Through sorting out texts and practices of Xi Jinping’s governance,from which the virtues and ethics characteristics of Xi Jinping’s governance have been found.Xi Jinping’s governance emphasizes virtues of discovering the hero’s moral models,which is good at pursuing the virtues of the historical figures,praising the virtues of the heroes of the times,and discovering the beauty of the virtues of certain groups.Xi Jinping’s governance has expounded the virtues standard of different occupation groups in the society.On the basis of affirming the virtue of the working people,he has put forward moral requirements for occupation groups such as teacher’s morality,youth morality,army’s officers etc..Xi Jinping’s administration of state affairs has strict requirements for the virtues of Party members and cadres.He takes the ideals and beliefs as the“hard core”of the virtues of Party members and cadres,who sums up the virtues standards and pays attention to their virtue cultivating in practice.The article reveals that Xi Jinping’s governance is different from western ethics in terms of ethics and methodology.
