With the rapid development of Internet technology, the fragmentation of educational discourse information, the decline of dominance, and the new changes in audiences all require that ideological and political education discourses should be transformed to adapt to the development of online discourses. However, the dissolution of the ideological and political teacher’s discourse power and the prominence of college students’subjective position in the network discourse, the impact of the field of education discourse and the direction of guidance, have caused certain obstacles to the transformation of the university students’ideological and political education discourse in the perspective of network discourse. To this end, colleges and universities should improve the skills of teachers’use of online discourse to lead the transformation of educational discourse with high-quality teachers, and to improve the dialogue awareness of educational discourse and to optimize the field of educational discourse on the basis of college students’learning subjects and the correct guidance of Marxism. As a result, the transformation of ideological and political education discourse in the field of network discourse can be realized, and then the effect of ideological and political education in the Internet background can be improved.
