Taking aluminum alloy car head on urban rail transit cars as research object,the advantages of urban rail transit cars with aluminum alloy car head are briefly described,the processing technology of aluminum alloy car body manufactured by sheet metal forming and superplastic forming is described,the advantages and disadvantages as well as process difficulties of sheet metal forming and superplastic forming in the course of manufacture of aluminum alloy car head are analyzed,and the specific solutions are provided.
