摘要
高速动车组因螺纹松动导致的转向架装配质理问题是国内外关注热点之一。文章通过对高速动车组转向架装配工艺的研究,研发了CRH3高速动车组转向架智能装配系统。该系统总结了智能装配工序,在目视化作业指导的情况下,最大程度集成了物料管理模块及数据管理模块、工艺管理模块、人员信息管理模块及设备管理模块等多种软件标准模块,实现了高速动车组转向架的智能化装配。
The assembly quality failure caused by bolt looseness for high-speed multiple writs is one of the core research object.By studying assembly process of bogie on high-speed multiple units,the intelligent assembly system of bogie on CRH3 high-speed multiple units is developed in the article.The assembly process is planned reasonably by the system,with function of visual operation instruction,integrating functions of personnel management,equipment management,material management,process management,data management and etc,realizing intelligent assembly of bogie on high-speed multiple units.
