中西医结合肿瘤康复多学科门诊模式的初步构建与实践经验探讨

Establishment and Practices of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine Multi-Discipline Cancer Survivorship Care Clinic Model

肿瘤康复是帮助癌症幸存人群通过综合康复支持,从而获得更高生活质量的新兴学科。探索与建立符合我国特色与患者需求的肿瘤康复模式是这一学科目前所面临的迫切问题。2015年11月中国老年学与老年医学学会肿瘤康复分会成立,中国中医科学院西苑医院肿瘤科作为学会主委所在单位以及首批肿瘤康复基地,初步构建了中西医结合肿瘤康复多学科门诊模式并进行了实践探索。本文详述该模式中的三个关键环节,并列举典型肿瘤康复案例,分析和总结在目前多学科肿瘤康复模式中的经验、存在问题以及进一步改善方向。

Cancer survivorship care is a newly emerging field which helps cancer survivors has higher quality of life through comprehensive survivorship care support.The establishment of cancer survivorship care model fitting for Chinese characteristics and patients’needs is one of the critical tasks in this field.In November 2015,the China Society of Geriatric Oncology and Rehabilitation(CSGOR)had established in Beijing.As one of the first cancer survivorship care bases of CSGOR,clinical cancer center of Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences launched an integrative Chinese and western medicine multi-discipline cancer survivorship care clinic program.This article described three critical parts of the model and raised two cases of the survivorship clinic,so as to summarize the experience in this field and further discuss the existing barriers and solutions of the current model.
