从“伏邪学说”论恶性肿瘤缓解期的辨治思路

Thoughts for Differentiation and Treatment of Remission Stage of Malignant Tumors Based on the Theory of Latent Pathogenic Factors

本文以中医"伏邪理论"为切入点,探讨恶性肿瘤缓解期的病机特点及辨治规律。认为恶性肿瘤的基本病机是正气亏虚,伏邪成积,无证可辨是缓解期的临床特点。秉承"藏于内而象于外"、"有诸内必形诸外"之旨,认为无证可辨仅是相对的。辨证强调要见微知著识伏邪,治疗重视驱伏邪于未发之时,重在扶正气补虚脏清除余邪,调阴阳固本元瘥后防复。

Based on the theory of latent pathogenic factors in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),we discussed the pathogenesis and treatment rule of remission stage of malignant tumors.The fundamental pathogenesis of malignant tumors is due to insufficiency of healthy qi and accumulation of latent pathogenic factors.The clinical manifestations of remission period of malignant tumors are characterized by no obvious syndrome being differentiated.But according to the rules of"inside viscera having their outside manifestations"and"the inside disorders always having their outside expressions"in the field of TCM,the clinical features of no obvious syndrome being differentiated in the remission stage of malignant tumors are just relative.For the syndrome differentiation and treatment of remission stage of malignant tumors,it is emphasized that seeking the latent pathogenic factors from the first small beginnings,expelling the latent pathogenic factors before the onset of diseases,supporting healthy qi and tonifying deficiency zang-organs to eliminate the residual pathogens,regulating yin and yang and consolidating vital base to prevent the recurrence of the disease.
