华海清治疗癌因性疲乏经验分析

Experience of Professor HUA Hai-qing in Treating Cancer-related Fatigue

癌因性疲乏主要表现为长期疲劳、倦怠乏力,同时伴有腰膝酸软,烦躁、失眠,纳差等症状,其特点为发生快、程度重、难以缓解。华海清认为,与普通疲乏不同,癌因性疲乏的根本在于肿瘤,因此要在把握肿瘤特性的基础上辨证论治病证结合,扶正解毒与顾护脾胃并量。本文阐述华海清治疗癌因性疲乏经验,并附医案两例,以供临床参考。

The main clinical symptoms of cancer-related fatigue manifest as long-term fatigue,tiredness and weakness,accompanied by aching lumbar region and knee,irritability,restlessness,and poor appetite,and are characterized by rapid occurrence,heavy degree and difficulty in alleviation.Professor HUA Hai-qing believes that being different from ordinary fatigue,cancer-related fatigue results from the tumor.Therefore,the treatment for cancer-related fatigue should be based on the characteristics of the tumor following syndrome differentiation and treatment and by the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation.The therapies of supporting healthy qi to remove toxin and preventing the spleen and stomach should be used simultaneously.In this paper,the experience of Professor HUA Hai-qing in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue was summarized,and two medical cases were presented for clinical reference.
