人工智能视域下高等职业教育现状及发展路径

The Status Quo and Development Path of Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence

人工智能作为一项新的科技革命,当下正势不可挡地在社会各个领域掀起浪潮,极大地改变着经济、社会、文化等方面的生态体系,影响着人们的生产、生活和协作方式。高等职业教育也必然会经受人工智能时代所带来的机遇和挑战双重考验。一方面,人工智能为职业教育改革创新注入内生动力,为职业教育管理方式的智能转型提供平台支撑,为抬升职业教育人才培养规格提供了实践动能,从而推动职业教育发展实现"弯道超车";另一方面,随着人工智能的推广运用必将改变高等职业教育发展的外部环境,逐渐动摇和刷新高等职业教育服务对接的基础岗位系列,改变高等职业教育的惯性教育模式。因此,高职院校应该审时度势,果断打破传统业态下的职业教育发展模式,树立职业教育革故鼎新的意识,抓住实现跨越式发展的契机。职业教育相关各方应力争从前瞻性职教理念重塑、智能化职业教育治理形态转型、引领型职教模式构建、高效型职教成果转化等方面,寻找现代职业教育乘势发展有效路径,促进形成教育与科技齐头并进的良性发展格局。

As a new scientific and technological revolution,artificial intelligence is setting off waves in all fields of society with overwhelming momentum.It is changing the ecological system in the fields of economy,society and culture,and gradually influencing the way of production,life and cooperation.Higher vocational education is bound to undergo the dual effects of opportunities and impacts of artificial intelligence.On the one hand,artificial intelligence brings endogenous impetus into the reform and innovation of vocational education,provides platform support for the intelligent transformation of the management methods,and enhances the specification of personnel training of vocational education,so as to promote the development of vocational education.On the other hand,with the popularization and application of artificial intelligence,the external environment for the development of higher vocational education will be changed,and the inertial education mode of higher vocational education will be impacted and changed to a certain extent.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should review the current situation and break the development model of vocational education under the traditional background,establish a sense of concern about vocational education reform and innovation.The relevant party of vocational education should strive to find an effective path for the development of modern vocational education from the aspects of reshaping the concept of forward-looking vocational education,transforming intelligent vocational education governance,building a leading vocational education model,and transforming efficient vocational education results,so as to promote a pattern of joint development of education and technology.
