摘要
针对某印染园区废水处理难以稳定达标,采用改良型芬顿处理工艺设计了废水深度处理工程,概述了工艺流程及主要工艺设计参数,统计了工程对主要污染物的去除效果。工程运行结果表明,设计工艺对印染工业园区废水具有良好处理效果,具有建设周期短(总工期为60d)、投资成本低、占地面积少和运行成本低(约0.44元/m3)的优势。该工程在进水主要污染物指标均值COD 116mg/L、色度64倍、TP 1.5mg/L的情况下,处理出水主要污染物指标均值COD 23mg/L、色度10倍、TP 0.3mg/L,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准要求。
In view of the difficulties of wastewater treatment in a printing and dyeing park,an advanced wastewater treatment project was designed by using the improved Fenton process.The process flow and main process design parameters are summarized,and the removal effect of main pollutants is counted.The results of project operation show that the design process has good treatment effect on printing and dyeing industrial park wastewater,and has the advantages of short construction period(total construction period of 60 days),low investment cost,small occupation area and low operation cost(about 0.44 yuan/m3).Under the condition of average COD 116 mg/L,chroma 64 times and TP 1.5 mg/L,the average values of main pollutants in treated water are COD23 mg/L,chroma 10 times and TP 0.3 mg/L,meets the requirements of class A standard in Dis charge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).
