新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间发热门诊护士应对职业暴露的防控策略

Prevention and control strategies against occupational exposure of fever clinic nurses during COVID-19 epidemic

通过积极有效的科学防控措施,目前我国境内疫情已基本控制。新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情期间,武汉大学人民医院作为武汉市大型三级综合医院中首批开展救治工作的诊疗单位全面抗击疫情,发热门诊成为了全院新冠肺炎患者救治的第一道堡垒,疫情期间承担着新冠肺炎患者的筛选分类和紧急救治的职能。面对这一新型的突发传染性疾病,护士作为医疗活动中与患者接触最密切的群体,存在着直接或间接接触新型冠状病毒病原的风险。我们针对此次新型冠状病毒肺炎的传播途径及易感环节,根据发热门诊的布局、设备、人员及运行现状,从环境布局及分区管理、加强防护与消毒管理、护理人员的合理配置、物资保障、加强人员培训等方面给予针对性的管理措施,以减少发热门诊护士的职业暴露危害,积极预防职业暴露的发生,维护护理人员的健康。

Through active and effective scientific prevention and control measures,the epidemic situation in China has been basically under control.During Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University,as one of the first treatment units in large-scale tertiary general hospitals of Wuhan,fought the epidemic comprehensively.The fever clinic became the first bastion for the treatment of COVID-19 patients in the whole hospital,and assumed the functions of screening and classification of COVID-19 patients and emergency treatment during the epidemic.Faced with this novel emergent infectious disease,nurses,as the group that has the closest contact with patients in medical activities,are at risk of directly or indirectly touching novel coronavirus pathogens.In the light of the route of transmission of the COVID-19 and susceptible link,according to the equipment,personnel and operation status of the fever clinics,the targeted management measures are taken from the environmental layout and division management,strengthening the protection and management of disinfection,reasonable allocation of nursing staff,material support,and strengthening personnel training,so as to reduce the occupational exposure hazards to fever clinic nurses,actively prevent the occurrence of occupational exposure,and safeguard the health of nursing staff.
