摘要 为了提升电动汽车充电站选址与布局准确性和合理性,提出了一种基于可变模糊集理论的综合评价方法。首先采用主成分分析法对充电站评价指标体系进行定性分析,分析各评价指标的影响程度;然后基于熵权法确定客观权重、层次分析法确定主观权重并计算指标的组合权重;最后基于可变模糊集理论构建四种评价模型。实例计算结果与灰色关联分析法和文献中的AHP-TOPSIS方法保持一致且呈现更好的鲁棒性,不同方案之间区分更明显,说明评价模型能够有效量化充电站选址与布局方案的适用性和经济性,可为行业运营和监管提供技术支撑。 In order to improve the accuracy and rationality of the location and layout of electric vehicle charging stations,a comprehensive evaluation method based on variable fuzzy set theory is proposed.First,the principal component analysis method is used to qualitatively analyze the evaluation index system of the charging station,and the influence of each evaluation index is analyzed;then the objective weight is determined based on the entropy weight method,the subjective weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the combined weight of the indicators is calculated;finally based on the variable Fuzzy set theory constructs four evaluation models.The calculation results of the example are consistent with the gray relational analysis method and the AHP-TOPSIS method in the literature,and show better robustness.The distinction between different schemes is more obvious,indicating that the evaluation model can effectively quantify the application of charging station location and layout schemes.It can provide technical support for industry operation and supervision.
