非人工干预条件下粮堆温度场的研究

摘要 为了研究地上仓和地下仓储粮期间粮堆温度场和微气流场的变化,基于多物理场数值模拟软件COMSOL,通过修改内置材料方程、质量守恒方程、能量守恒方程和动量守恒控制方程,对非人工干预条件下模型仓进行为期1年的模拟研究。改变边界条件模拟地上仓和地下仓两种不同储粮方式下仓内温度场和微气流场的变化。结果表明:地上仓受外界环境温度影响较大,温度最大波动幅度为10.5℃;地下仓由于外界温度边界较稳定,粮堆温度变化较小,在装粮一年后粮堆温度降低2.6℃;非人工干预条件下由温差产生的微气流速度非常缓慢,数量级均在10-5~10-4 m·s-1。 In order to study the changes of the temperature field and micro-flow field of the grain pile during the storage of grain in the above-ground warehouse and the underground warehouse,the model warehouse simulation with non-human intervention for one year was based on the multi-physics numerical simulation software COMSOL,by modifying the built-in material equation,mass conservation equation,energy conservation equation and momentum conservation control equation.By changing the boundary conditions,the changes of the temperature field and the micro-air flow field in the silo under the two different grain storage methods above ground and underground are simulated.The results show that the above-ground bunker is greatly affected by the external environment temperature,and the maximum temperature fluctuation range is 10.5°C;the underground bunker has a small change in the temperature of the grain pile due to the stable external temperature boundary,and the grain pile temperature decreases by 2.6°C after one year of loading;The micro-air flow rate caused by temperature difference under non-manual intervention is very slow,and the order of magnitude is between 10-5~10-4 m·s-1.
