建筑业发展对区域经济影响研究

Research on the Influence of Construction Industry Development on Regional Economy

基于固定效应变系数模型,定量分析了1999-2017年建筑产业发展对区域经济增长的影响机理。研究发现,地区国民经济总值与地区建筑业总值具有长期稳定的均衡关系,建筑业发展对区域经济增长具有显著的正向贡献,不同地区的建筑业发展对地区经济的贡献弹性差异显著。随后,从区域经济增长与建筑业发展之间的关系出发,对建筑业发展落后地区提出相应的建议及措施。

Based on fixed effect variable coefficient model,quantitative analysis of the impact of construction industry development between 1999 and 2017 on regional economic growth mechanism was conducted,the result showed that region gross national economy and the total cost of the construction had the long-term stable equilibrium relationship,the construction industry development on regional economic growth had significant positive contributions,the contribution of the construction industry development in different regions to the regional economy varied significantly.Subsequently,based on the relationship between regional economic growth and the development of the construction industry,corresponding suggestions and measures were put forward for the less developed areas of the construction industry.
