炉甘石洗剂联合苦黄散外洗治疗葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study on Calamine Lotion Combined with Kuhuang Powder in the Treatment of Staphylococcal Scald Skin Syndrome

目的:探究炉甘石洗剂联合苦黄散外洗治疗葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征(Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome,SSSS)的临床疗效。方法:将2016年6月至2019年2月在梧州市中医医院接受治疗的101例SSSS患儿视为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,甲组仅进行常规西医治疗,乙组在甲组基础上采用炉甘石洗剂联合苦黄散外洗治疗,对比两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、住院时间、治疗前后白细胞计数(White blood cell count,WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(The percentage of neutrophils,N)、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG变化情况。结果:与甲组(72.00%)比较,乙组(94.12%)治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);与甲组比较,乙组各项症状改善时间、住院时间均更短(P<0.05);与甲组比较,乙组治疗后WBC、N更低(P<0.05);与甲组比较,乙组治疗后免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG水平更高(P<0.05)。结论:炉甘石洗剂联合苦黄散外洗治疗葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的临床疗效显著,利于改善临床症状,缩短患儿住院时间,减轻机体感染程度,调节免疫功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of calamine lotion combined with Kuhuang powder in the treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome(SSSS).Methods:101 children with SSSS who were treated in Wuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with random number table method.Group a only received conventional western medicine treatment,while group B was treated with calamine lotion combined with Kuhuang powder on the basis of group A.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,hospitalization time,white blood cell count before and after treatment of the two groups,the percentage of neutrophils,changes of immunoglobulin IgA,IgM and IgG were compared.Results:compared with group A(72.00%),the total effective rate of group B(94.12%)was higher(P<0.05);compared with group A,the improvement time of symptoms and hospitalization time of group B were shorter(P<0.05);compared with group A,theWBC and N of group B were lower after treatment(P<0.05);compared with group A,the IgA,IgM and IgG levels of groupB were higher after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:calamine lotion combined with Kuhuang powder in the treatment of staphylococcal scald skin syndrome has significant clinical effect,which is conducive to improving clinical symptoms,shortening hospital stay,reducing the degree of infection and regulating immune function.
