基于Web of Science数据库肠外营养研究的文献计量学分析 被引量:1

Bibliometric Analysis of Parenteral Nutrition Research Based on theWeb of Science Database

摘要 文章基于Web of Science数据库,应用HistCite软件对2010年1月至2019年12月10年内肠外营养研究进行文献计量学分析,共检索到5811篇文献,每年平均发文量为576篇,保持平稳发展状态。并应用CiteSpace5.6.R5可视化软件的共词分析功能构建共现作者、机构、关键词网络,通过共词聚类分析总结肠外营养的研究领域集中在肠衰竭、短肠综合征、肠外营养相关并发症等,研究对象主要为危重患者、儿童。经分析发现,近10年肠外营养相关研究处于平稳发展状态,相关医师、药师、护理人员可从肠外营养与肠内营养联合应用的临床疗效、肠外营养供给最佳时机、肠外营养组分研究等方面进行研究。 This paper is based onWeb of Science database,HistCite software was used for bibliometric analysis of parenteral nutrition research from January 2010 to December 2019.A total of 5811 articles were retrieved,with an average of 576 articles published each year,maintaining a stable development state.The co-word analysis function of CiteSpace5.6.R5 visualization software was used to construct co-occurrence authors,institutions and keyword network,and the total number of articles was analyzed by co-word clustering.The research fields of parenteral nutrition mainly focus on intestinal failure,short bowel syndrome,parenteral nutrition related complications,and the research objects are mainly critically ill patients and children.It is found that the research on parenteral nutrition has been developing steadily in recent 10 years.The relevant doctors,pharmacists and nurses can study the clinical efficacy of parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition,the best time of parenteral nutrition supply and the components of parenteral nutrition.
