摘要
如今,随着教育体制的不断改革和完善,社会各界对高校师资队伍建设提出了越来越高的要求,尤其是高校青年教师。青年教师承担着一定的教学、科研任务,不仅任务工作量大,而且来自于外界的压力也很大,使他们成为职业倦怠的主要群体。文章将会从社会因素、学校因素、个人因素三个方面来对诱发青年教师职业倦怠的成因进行分析,并在此基础上提出有效的预防和解决对策,以期降低高校青年教师职业倦怠的发生率,提高高校青年教师的整体教学水平。
Nowadays,with the continuous reform and improvement of the education system,all walks of life put forward higher and higher requirements for the construction of university teachers,especially young teachers.Young teachers undertake certain teaching and scientific research tasks,not only the workload is heavy,but also the pressure from the outside world is great,which makes them become the main group of job burnout.This paper will analyze the causes of young teachers'job burnout from three aspects of social factors,school factors and personal factors,and on this basis,put forward effective prevention and solutions,in order to reduce the incidence of young teachers'job burnout and improve the overall teaching level of young teachers in colleges and universities.
