摘要
现代学徒制人才培养模式是酒店管理专业人才培养的有效途径,培养的关键环节最终落实在专业的课程体系构建上。文章通过分析现代学徒制课程体系的特点与要求,理清现代学徒制课程体系构建的总体思路,搭建起课程体系的基本框架,明确现代学徒制课程体系实施过程中的课程选择、授课主体、授课地点与方式具体问题,并通过管理制度与机制的建立,"双导师"师资队伍建设,交替轮岗的实训实习条件配备和教学资源开发,保障现代学徒制课程体系的实施。
Modern apprenticeship training mode is an effective way to train hotel management talents,and the key link of training is ultimately implemented in the construction of professional curriculum system.By analyzing the characteristics and requirements of the modern apprenticeship curriculum system,this paper clarifies the general idea of the construction of the modern apprenticeship curriculum system,establishes the basic framework of the curriculum system,and clarifies the specific problems in the course of the implementation of the modern apprenticeship curriculum system,such as curriculum selection,teaching subject,teaching location and method,and through the establishment of management system and mechanism,the establishment of"the double teacher"teachers construction,equipped with alternating rotational training practice conditions and development of teaching resources,and guarantee the implementation of a system of modern apprenticeship program.
