摘要
文章研究目的是建立一种提升员工安全知识、技能和职业素养的机制和方法。通过岗位类别界定、样本调查分析、数据信息的筛选论证、分级整理和框架搭建、模型评估验证建立了模型,搭建了模型雷达图,明确了知识、技能和职业素养在模型雷达图中的阈值,在此基础上导入系统原理,根据系统、动态、反馈闭环的原则,明确岗位自查、部门自评、企业复核工作思路,通过对标、改进、评价实施滚动式提升,岗位安全达标通过率99%以上,形成了一批可复制、可推广的安全管理成果,企业安全管理动力持续增强。
The purpose of this paper is to establish a mechanism and method to improve the safety knowledge,skills and professional quality of employees.Through the definition of post categories,sample investigation and analysis,screening and demonstration of data and information,hierarchical arrangement and framework building,model evaluation and verification,the model is established,and the model radar chart is built to clarify the threshold value of knowledge,skills and professionalism in the model radar chart.On this basis,the system principle is introduced,and the post self-examination,self-examination and self-examination are defined according to the principles of system,dynamic and feedback closed-loop.Through benchmarking,improvement and evaluation,the department's self-evaluation and enterprise's review work ideas have been implemented in a rolling manner.The pass rate of post safety standard is more than 99%.A number of replicable and promotable safety management achievements have been formed,and the enterprise's safety management motivation has been continuously enhanced.
