基于游客行为意向对于动物园解说设施效果评估的探讨——以南京市红山森林动物园考拉馆为例

Discussion on Effect Evaluation of Zoo Interpretation Facilities Based on Tourists'Behavior Intention——Taking the Koala Hall of Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo as An Example

文章通过行为观察法和调查问卷评估法对南京市红山森林动物园考拉馆的解说设施进行效果评估。结合游客行为意向和实际行为对统计数据进行整理分析,结果发现:游客在解说设施停留时间的相关因素有游客预定游览计划、适合游客的展现形式和解说设施的位置等;互动型解说设施使用率较高,但因位置处于室外空间,使用率受气温因素影响。

Through behavior observation and questionnaire evaluation,this paper evaluates the effect of interpretation facilities in koala Hall of Hongshan Forest Zoo in Nanjing.Based on the analysis of the statistical data of tourists'intention and actual behavior,the results show that:the relevant factors of tourists'stay time in the interpretation facilities include tourists'scheduled tour plan,suitable presentation form and the location of the interpretation facilities;the interactive interpretation facilities have a high utilization rate,but the utilization rate is affected by the air temperature factors because the location is in the outdoor space.
