高校学位授权点合格评估的预警机制

Early Warning Mechanism of Qualification Evaluation of Degree Programs in Universities

我国实行学位制度40多年来,学位与研究生教育为国家和社会培养了大量高层次人才。但是,近年来出现了研究生培养质量不高等问题。为保证研究生教育质量,2014年,国务院学位委员会、教育部开展了首次全国学位点合格评估。评估不合格的学位点将被撤销学位授权。高校开始探索学位点合格评估预警机制。以同济大学为例,针对新增学位点,在参加专项合格评估前,开展校内预评估,对难以达到国家基本条件的学位点,适度动态调整。

The state has implemented a degree system for more than 40 years.Degree and postgraduate education have trained a large number of high-level talents for the country and society.However,in recent years there have been some problems such as the quality of graduate education.In order to ensure the quality of graduate education,the National Degree Committee of the State Council and the Ministry of Education carried out the national qualification assessment for the first time in 2014.Evaluation of unqualified degree programs will be revoked the degree authorization.Universities began to explore early warning mechanisms for degree programs qualification assessment.Taking Tongji University as an example,for the newly added degree programs,before participating in the special qualification assessment,it carries out on-campus pre-assessment,and appropriately adjusts dynamically the degree programs that are difficult to meet the national basic conditions。
