On the Reform of Exemption from Examination in the Identification of Teacher Qualification for Graduates Majoring in Education

为了我国教师资格证制度的完善与发展,国务院常务会议决定,深化"放管服"改革,促进师范生就业。此次改革是为培养党和人民满意的高素质创新型教师队伍、为培养出将来社会所需要的新时代人才进行的新尝试和新探索。该文围绕改革方案内容的发展影响进行深入剖析,并从规范研究生录取程序、着重强调立德树人、健全考生教学考核制度等方面提出建议。

In order to improve and develop the teacher qualification certificate system of our country,the executive meeting of the State Council decided to deepen the reform to streamline the government,delegate power,and improve government services,in order to promote the employment of students majoring in education.This reform is a new attempt and a new exploration for cultivating a team of high-quality and innovative teachers who are satisfied by the Party and the people,and for cultivating the talents of the new era that the society needs in the future.This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of the development impact of the reform program content,and proposes suggestions in terms of improving the qualifications of postgraduate admission,emphasizing morality and talent,and strengthening the teaching evaluation system for candidates.
