将音乐艺术教育融入中职班主任管理工作的探究

中职生是具有自身特征的群体,需要把音乐艺术教育融入中职生的日常管理之中。该文通过分析中职班主任管理工作现状及其教育功能,提出将音乐艺术教育融入班主任管理工作的方法,以期提升中职班主任的管理水平。

Secondary vocational students have their own characteristics,and it is necessary to integrate music art education into the daily management of them.This paper analyzes the current situation and educational function of secondary vocational class teachers’management work,and puts forward the methods of improving music art education in the work,aiming to improve the management level of secondary vocational class teachers.
