分化型甲状腺癌患者术后首次^(131)I甲状腺清除疗效分析 被引量：4

摘要 甲状腺癌的治疗主要集中在分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)患者。DTC的治疗,除低危组DTC患者主要以手术治疗外,对于中高危组DTC患者,目前国内外多采用手术切除+^(131)I甲状腺清除、清灶+内分泌替代的综合治疗方案。本研究旨在分析DTC患者术后首次^(131)I甲状腺清除疗效的影响因素,更好地为患者制定个性化的治疗方案。
