摘要 高风电渗透率微网(microgrid,MG)存在实时功率平衡和经济运行难的问题。为此,该文提出一种考虑供水系统(water supply system,WSS)深度响应的MG经济调度策略。首先,将WSS主动解列成多个独立运行的子系统,降低系统关联约束,提高调节灵活性。进而,建立水压的波动性约束,提出WSS需求侧响应模型。在此基础上,充分考虑外电网调峰、调频等需求,提出一种新型的MG经济调度策略。最后,引入近似线性化的方法,将非线性模型转化为经典的混合整数线性规划(mixed-integerlinearprogramming,MILP)问题,提高求解速度。基于15节点的WSS和典型MG的仿真结果表明,WSS深度响应能够显著改善MG运行经济性。该文研究成果为MG可再生能源消纳问题的解决提供了一个崭新的视角。 Large-scale wind power connected to the grid will bring about problems of the real-time power balance and economical operation in microgrid(MG). To address the above problem, this paper proposed a MG economic scheduling strategy considering the deep response of the water supply system(WSS). Firstly, the WSS was divided into several independent subsystems to decrease the constraints and release the regulation flexibility. Furthermore, considering the stability constraints of the node water pressure, a multi-time-scale response model of the WSS was established. On this basis, considering peak load regulation and frequency modulation demands of the external power grid, a MG economic dispatching strategy was designed. Finally, linearization was used to solve the model efficiently. The simulation results on the 15-node WSS and typical MG show that the WSS can reduce the MG operational costs. This paper supplies a novel perspective of solving the problem of renewable consumption.
