摘要
目的:调查陕西省成人高血压患病率、认知、治疗和控制情况。方法:采用分层多阶段随机抽样共调查陕西省18岁及以上居民14 644人,分析其高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率及控制情况。结果:总人群高血压患病率为27.7%,女性高血压患病率(29.1%)高于男性(26.3%),农村高血压患病率(29.0%)高于城镇(27.5%);高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为50.6%、43.2%、14.2%,整体处于较低水平。结论:陕西省成人高血压存在着患病率高、知晓率低、治疗率低、控制率低的"三低一高"特点。
Objective: To investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment and control of hypertension among adults in Shaanxi province. Method: A total of 14 644 residents aged above 18 years in Shaanxi province were investigated by stratified multistage random sampling,and the prevalence,awareness,treatment and control of hypertension were analyzed. Results: The prevalence of hypertension in the total population was 27. 7%. The prevalence of hypertension in women( 29. 1%) was higher than that in men( 26. 3%). The prevalence of hypertension in rural areas( 29. 0%) was higher than that in urban areas( 27. 5%). The awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of hypertension were 50. 6%,43. 2% and 14. 2% respectively,which were at a low level.Conclusion: Hypertension in Shaanxi province has the character of high prevalence,low awareness,low treatment and low control rate of hypertension.
